Vonex has launched three new Business Mobile SIM plans, with 5G access available on our Plus and Pro plans.
The simplified range replaces the previous six plans and offers up to 100GB of data, automatic data pooling across eligible services at no extra cost, and no lock-in contracts. With three straightforward options, it’s easier to find the right fit for your business.

What every plan includes
Choose a plan with the data allowance and network access that suit your business needs and budget, with the peace of mind that call and text inclusions stay the same across the range. Every plan includes unlimited standard national calls, unlimited calls to 13, 1300, and 1800 numbers, and unlimited SMS/MMS to standard national mobile numbers.
Enjoy the freedom to choose how you get connected. All three SIM-only phone plans are available on a one-month term, so you’re not locked into a long-term contract. Simply add the Vonex SIM supplied for your service to a compatible, unlocked phone you already own, and keep your current mobile number. If you need a new handset, you can buy one separately.
How automatic data pooling works
Make the most of your included data with automatic data pooling. When you have two or more eligible Business Mobile SIM services on the same account, the included data from each service is automatically combined into one shared pool at no extra cost. All eligible services draw from that shared pool, so your business has more flexibility to use its total data where it’s needed. That total also grows with each eligible service you add. For example, if your business has two eligible Pro services, each contributes 100GB to the pool, giving you 200GB of shared data to use across those services each month.
Vonex sends usage alerts when you’ve used approximately 50%, 85%, and 100% of the included data in the pool. If the pool runs out, Vonex automatically adds data at $10 per additional GB. Any unused data expires at the end of the billing month.

If you already use Vonex for your business phone or internet, you can add a Business Mobile SIM plan and have all your Vonex charges on one bill. That gives you fewer bills to manage and makes your monthly costs easier to review.
