Vonex is proud to announce that it has been ranked #1 in Australia for the lowest customer complaint rate in the telecommunications industry, according to the latest Telco Complaints-Handling Performance Report released by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
The report, which analysed telco complaint handling for the Quarter Ending September 2024, found that Vonex recorded just 3 complaints per 10,000 services in operation – well below the industry average of 45 complaints. This result encompasses services across phone, internet, and mobile.
“For the number of complaints received per 10,000 services in operation, Vonex received the least complaints,” the report states.
